Bradley Burt

Bradley J. Burt started at Camp Createability in January of 2025. His specialty is experimental media planning. His superpower is attending multiple college institutions at once while surviving a global pandemic. After taking the documentary storytelling course at Madison College, he began his pandemic documentary journey called “Gonzo-19,” which is a retrospective reflection regarding what his student veteran writing guide, Hunter S. Thompson, would think about “social distancing” and how quarantine diluted journalism ethics.

As a nontraditional student veteran, Burt entered the documentary storytelling field in 2020, where the Gonzo-19 profiling method began. Burt bought the Wisconsin G.I. Bill ticket and took the ride to Las Vegas from quarantine until the present sharing the day in the life of being a nontraditional journalist and coming up short with entering the journalism field. Burt is happy landing a job as a film teacher and is grateful for the fear and loathing nontraditional experience. Burt’s goal seeks to impress upon his colleagues and learners the importance of connecting with audiences through the vestibule of gonzo journalism.

He is currently on a quest to profile his first major, which is convergent media journalism, by profiling his college experience as a filmmaker, which is his second major. Burt is currently pursuing his second undergraduate in fine arts at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee as a film studies major. Burt is currently in deliberation with the university seeking to switch to becoming a film major so that he can share with the world his invention, which is called an “Op-Exposé.” Burt’s challenge faces being accepted by Peck School of the Arts, who is ranked 4th in the nation for best film schools, according to the Panther campus tour guide.

After returning from Los Angeles in 2023, Burt realized there are zero limits with experimental media and hopes to teach all who are a part of the Camp Createability how to explore the monomyth documentary storytelling style for driving traffic through WordPress, SoundCloud and YouTube how to connect with audiences as a superhero. Burt has three adult children and one awesome emotional support animal named “Samuel,” aka “Schnickle McBickle,” aka “Bickie.” Bickle is the star of the family and is a lover of Lake Michigan 4th of July photo safaris at sunrise and sunsets while cooking steaks on the grill at a Michigan AirBnB, which is Burt’s annual tradition.
