Get creative with paper, texture, and found materials in this hands-on junk journaling lab! Bring your favorite ‘junk’ to work with – tickets, scraps, photos, magazine clippings, and more. Please bring a journal to create in as you design, layer, and experiment alongside fellow journalers. This relaxed, low-pressure evening is all about creativity, connections, and personal expression.

Art Lab 101: Beaded Plants

Join us for the first session of Art Lab 101—where each month brings a new project, a new medium, and endless opportunities to create. Classes take place on the third Thursday of every month.

Kick things off by designing your own beaded plant! This one-of-a-kind piece makes a beautiful addition to any space—no watering or upkeep needed. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, making it perfect for all experience levels.

Join us for a fun-filled day of great eats and live tunes! Enjoy a variety of food trucks serving up delicious flavors from local favorites to unique specialties, all while listening to live music from talented performers. Bring your friends, grab a bite, and relax to the music – there’s something for everyone.

Bump, Set, Give!

August 8th, 12pm | Oakstone, 304 Commerce Pkwy, Cottage Grove

Camp Createability’s Volleyball Tournament brings the community together for a fun and competitive day on the court. Teams of 6 face off in friendly matches while raising vital funds to support inclusive programs for individuals with autism and other disabilities. The tournament will be taking place on Oakstone’s outdoor courts. $120 per team

Tentative Schedule:
-Open Play: 11-12:00pm
-Tournament: 12:00pm start

Key Rules:
-Teams must have at least 2 women playing at all times.
-No spiking allowed.
-No jump serves or overhead serves allowed.
-All teams must provide an official for the next match on the court they just played on. The first round will need to be officiated by teams that are not yet scheduled to play
-All players will need to sign a waiver the day of.
